i had this idea that different accents and pronounciations in comics and stuff could be represented by different spellings and different alphabets
hanabi probably has less of an accent than hoshiko but i needed a good example

The idea came from few people, so what if in the EN dub the Ichihoshi family was Russian too?
Tsurugi and Yuuichi had Russian accent too in the game.
If It was the case Hikaru would be coach of the new Russian team with Tsurugi and Yuuichi as players.
