While I can understand the reason for the new look of I do think the outfit is a bit generic. I think that she looks great in this style. I've never really liked drawing the style but I think I got somewhere with this style.

It's the aforementioned Shotaro Ishinomori style. I tried making an older version of his manga design. But I added elements similar to Naoyuki Konno, who was the character designer for many Ishinomori anime from the early to mid 00s.
