1) The Calamity. This is a Photoshop Brush test and therefore quite rough, as well as an initial concept.

Did alot of sketches and revision for this one including the hand poses. Also at the later stage of the sketch it looks like Jerry so I tweaked the ears and the face a little bit until I am good with it. :) So here's the Mascot concept.
