Finally, I began the process of blocking in areas of the painting, then a "modelling" stage where I refine
the planes and forms, and finally a detail stage, where I add stuff such as the scales and caustic lighting. Very important to look at lots of photos for lighting ref.

Out of all of the areas to be sore from working out, these forearm/elbow spots are the most annoying

Especially since you bend your arms so much in a day (and at night if you sleep in some way) so it deadass takes forever to recover

Working on a glow shader. Had to come up with a way to not have weird artifacts on the transparent areas of the sprite. Seems to work good.
