In case it's useful to someone, here's my rant on the stupid trend of #NFT's and digital furry art and what they do and don't do.
Not deeply technical or a breakdown of the horrific environmental costs, but I hope it clarifies some of the bullshit amidst the current madness.

I am so deeply confused about this entire NFT situation. Crypto art? It seems like everyone already understands it enough to talk about it but googling only leaves me more confused.
Hell, my main cast of OCs who I’ve had the longest (the Protectors!) all have incredibly simple designs, yet I love drawing them every time and still cherish them all deeply. Here’s a few of the older chibis I did for reference! (In order: Ivy, Cicada, Chloe, Rebecca ~)

#ComfortOcs I talk about sushi way too much, but it would be worth mentioning that she very much is my comfort character. Drawing her makes me really happy, and a lot of her design has been a result of me coping with things. I dont really stress how deeply personal she is!
