Theres a blur tool in csp (looks like 2 lil droplets in dark n light) n theres like. I think 3-4 default brushes for it for different effects/styles

Theres also just paintbrushes too that u can use for the same effect, again depending on wat ur preference is. I use a lil of both

Depending on what face shape you're going for, pick a group of animals and reference them, combining the parts that you like. Figure out the planes of the face and use basic building blocks.
