So I'm going to try cognitive behavioral therapy. I've tried it once before and only got three weeks in, so I'm determined to do the entire 8 week program. I'm learning more and more than in order to fix my external problems, I need to fix my internal ones first.

I’m not the best but my advice would be to take things slow! I’m not great at backgrounds but I gave it a shot! It’s ok to not get everything perfect at first. And remember that the only artist you should be competing with is your past self!
