So, thinking about the colors I wanted, the only thing that came to mind was "cold". So I first laid down some really dark values and very chilled colors.
I think I'm on a pretty good track

Ravisha's favorite color is gold, because duh.

Xulanis's is red, because it's the color of blood.

Sierra's is black, because she's edgy as fuck, and you don't get edgier than black.

Just the regular gouache brush — nothing fancy! I’ve been using it to render color in the space backdrops along with the regular airbrush. I like the way it feels to use and how it looks. The gouache brushes work a lot better for me than the watercolors. I just like ‘em.
