I just read the first 3 volumes of Kentaro Miura's "Berserk" series. I cannot stress enough how great it is. Looking forward to next volumes. The story is full of metaphors. The creatures & characters are original. The imagery is haunting & stays with you. A must read.

Also, a WIP of something of Zeal I'm working on. I enjoy drawing characters as they were when they were kids or teens, and also silhouettes. When this is done, it's imagery will probably be more melodramatic or whatever but I've accepted I'm easily pleased by such things.

Started watching Darling in the Franxx. Despite how ham-fisted and explicit some of the messaging is in the show, the first scene of Kokoro and Mitsuru in the green house is full of A LOT of interesting framing, foreshadowing, and imagery.
