She's considered to be too strong thanks to her strong tools and a debuff mechanic that nerfs enemy damage for the entire round. The only way to counter Android 21 (Lab Coat) is to play her as well which makes matches boring.

Some of the tightest controls I've ever seen. Neat mechanics throughout, but I wouldn't say it blew my mind. Audio/visual feast. Only big criticism would be that the camera can be a bit awkward, especially when panning up and down
