One thing I really miss in terms of food, living in America, is Pepperamis. Yes, I know. But I love them.

I've tried all the American ones. Slim Jims I think they're called? All horrible. Weird texture, artificial "smoked" flavours etc.

I do have a story in the back of my mind (someday I'll write it down), but mostly I use these to track my skills. Look, 1º one had a lot of texture, but not much form, 2º has much more form without relying on dramatic shadows, and the new one has a lot more color.
