I always wanted an Anthro Raptor character and with the nice Raptor Base from Rotarr I made one and some variations of him ^^

Day 16 of Fell behind again, but I'm getting back into it! Marsh owls are *weird* looking! And a bit difficult to simplify the markings of 1) because there are so many subtle variations and 2) because there isn't a lot there to begin with.
