ah! heres a quick fix - i added a layer of orange that the original one had as opposed to the cool blue i went for originally. i think it really helps contrast evangelyn much better in this piece

@mausuya I do different techniques for different eye styles but this one is probably the most sparkly. I used a lot of screened layers and glow dodge on the bottom. The trick is to create high contrast between colors.
