I think about this artwork a lot
at the time I was like "wow this is something I actually really like for a change" but it wasn't well-received
but in the end it's no big deal - I still love it as is. Hell, I still have the gif version on me and THAT was fun to do.

It may be because it’s an old Pokémon from Gen 1 but I’m starting to underlook how legitimately awesome Blastoise’s design is.
It’s a giant blue turtle monster with literal CANNONS formed from it’s shell, that’s super badass and ahead of it’s time if you ask me.
Has anyone noticed that the demons that appear on the Doom cover do not even appear in the game? mean, they look a little with the baron of hell, but they dont have ears or this gun hands
