Missed because of work. It's hard finding time being a solo dev with a day Job. A "cheat" I did to speed up the process. Rendered a 3d animation in blender with my proportions to help me as a guide when animating.

💭setting it up was really easy, and I didn't really have much trouble using it during my drawing process.

thought I'd share some of my process. I'm at heart a traditional artist. Pencil and paper. I scan the line art and digitally color. this was how I did it.

Line art, then a tracing paper layover of shadowing, and final piece including background.
