Let´s say the upper part is a total mess of ideas. Imo he should have sticked to 3 colors (red, silver and green) and made the top look more cleaner by making the shoulders smaller and less spiky, simplifying the belt and not making the shirt torn.

I thought to make a pauldron during the modeling. But if I bend the collar It will collide with the wing cape. Maybe It was not a good idea to attach wings cape to the shoulders. Thx for your feedback !
