Today I learned: trying to just hit notes can make a sad/dark song sound stupid. Singers have to be able to convey emotion while hitting notes. You have to enunciate words a certain way while keeping in rhythm.
Singers are terrifying creatures. I now sleep.

Even when things were really bad for me, I learned that if I focused on one good thing that happened during the day; even if very small it helped me sleep easier.

Maybe that could help someone too.
