I love to look back and show off my progress over the years. Kasumi - 2022, 2020, 2016, 2012, 2009.
For the first I wanted to be stylistic so I chose a rough brush for the lines. Barely customizing ANYTHING.
Then came 2020, the year of experimentation and thicker outlines

I wish I'd done enough art this year to do those yearly showcase things every artists does. 🫠 But since I moved, art has been so hard for me to get back into and thrive in like I did 2019-2020, specifically.

2020 VS 2022
One of my first drawings I did when I started drawing again in 2020. I was mostly doing photography and a few chibi drawings from time to time.
But I only started improving after 2020, by putting in work and lots of time to get better.
