Just came across this manuscript in Yale (Landberg MSS 258-106) that includes stories about every Arab child's favorite fictional jokester: Juḥā جُحا (correctly pronounced Jiḥā جِحا).

Apparently, he wasn't as fictional as I assumed. He lived in 2nd century Iraq!

i do agree an email should be sent but the problem isn’t that they use allah alone. allah literally means god in arabic, many muslims use it and also even arab christians. the fact that it says bismillah (in the name of god) changes things.
