This exactly scenario happened to The Symbiant.
They asked us a complete game build for approval just to upload the 16+ demo.
We resubmitted the build with the tentacles removed from the main menu and sure enough, they approved our demo for public download.
I guess I'll show this girl too, I'm still waiting on approval on the species group I submitted her to though, so she's not got any of the intended traits and pretty markings etc on her yet :v
