Dumb Sonic headcanon time: Heavy and Bomb are prototypes for what would eventually become Orbot and Cubot, which are basically Eggman's attempts at creating true Artificial Intelligence to serve him.

Got it! Here's the Liu, Shao, and Lao prototypes also! They did a survey to determine who would be stretch goals and add on packs. You can expect all the major characters from the original trilogy and a lot from MK11 to make it in by the end!

In the coming days SpaceX will launch their Starship SN8 to a height of 15km. The test flight will gather data to help improve the flight & landing capability of future Starship prototypes. Many firsts will be attempted on this mission in the first of many. Good luck team SpaceX.
