Bulbasaur is always depicted as standing shorter off the ground than the other two starters, and yet according to this graphic, he's the tallest. It only makes sense if he's measured head to tail. I think that's how most quadruped pokemon work.

I've been wanting to learn how to animate a proper quadrupedal walk cycle for a while! No regrets that I'm learning how to walk w/ animals instead of humans first. Still not finished and is frustrating, but it's a lot of fun to animate what's in my head! Thanks !
