My optimist self says they're doing a collection or a simultanious NSO announcement to tie in with the inclusion of Porky in Smash.
Hence why they held back it's release/DMCA'd Beginnings OSTs on YT.

But we know that's a longshot and bigger fever dream than Hero and Ridley. ಥ‿ಥ

I sometimes think of an alternate reality where team Lora was chosen as our Xenoblade 2 character for smash.

I don't think the characters have as much of a wide appeal but I think they would work, and their moveset would be really unique 🤔
