Yu-Gi-Oh Arc V is incredibly special to me. I have yet had a story and characters resonate and vibe with me as much as Arc V does, and I will always carry it with me. It, along with every other Yugioh spinoff, wouldn't exist without Takahashi sensei.

Interesting Kazuki Takahashi fact is that one of his assistants, Akira Ito, who wrote and illustrated spinoff manga Yu-Gi-Oh R, went on to create his own hugely successful TCG—Cardfight!! Vanguard

I never really played the card game, but Yu-Gi-Oh is a franchise that has a very special place in my heart. I love the anime, its characters and its later spinoffs.
It's sad drawing him again after so many years because of this.
