I'm still at it with those road tiles! This section shouldn't take up so much time, but I still have two more left that are pretty long... Still, I don't know if I'll complete those until I decide on how the path conforms to the terrain and block staircases.

#TBT This 1894 drawing sketches out the plan for a proposed staircase and dome for the Art Institute. The dome was ultimately never executed. Instead, the Grand Staircase was completed in 1910, welcoming visitors with a cathedral ceiling and skylight.
