I'm trying to figure out how to make a Cel-Shade Model in VRoid Studio, but I just can't seem to get the eyelid shadows to look good. And not sloppy.

Please tell me how to make good Vroid Cel-Shade Textures. My brain empty. And I'm too broke to hire an artist. 😫

Work process. Step 3: Shading. This might be my favorite part because i can really get into those intricate details. I use multiple blended layers of shade and highlights while playing with noises and textures.

Margot Casiro creates a fun-living vibe when it comes to designing their textures.

Check out their portfolio.

She needed more.
So here we are, added vines, shadows, highlights and textures. And one must not forget, stars ✨

Shy to a fault, till she's in front of her audience. Meet Kelly, the Mouse streamer!

Quite proud of this one, tried a few new tricks with shading her hair and some Halftone patterning for textures.

It’s actually completely flat, much like the original PS1 model, just with different textures.

It’s closer to how Paper Mario got more detailed past the 64 games, save TTYD and SPM having key framed individual animated body parts.

Help me choose the brush textures. First one is done with gouache+ pencils while the second one is done with just pencils.
My entry for Rosalie Perl's very mushroomy art🥰

Here's some more retextures. IDK how much people care for this sort of thing or like this sort of stuff, but maybe one of these days I should record some gameplay and show what this stuff looks like in action. Although I'm way too behind to feel confident on that ;3;

Using Dyntopo in Blender to sculpt defined areas of the game world. Using a top-down bounds projection to sketch painted land textures. Experimenting with importing sculpted landforms from on Quest 2. 🌕💀👻🎃🌠

Ah yeah, someone actually did bring up something. I've seriously improved on hair textures. Here's the hair texture evolution!

(Not to mention art evolution too... eugh)

A few more vdb ideas.

I have one more thing to try and then I record a small training series on vdb modeling and procedural textures.

One of my favourite PASU 🌱

Love the colours and the textures. Fun fact: it's inspired by the design of a traditional oil lamp 🕯

(psst, if you like it as much as I do, it's available on for 0.25BNB)

There is no official complete works where I can just simply take the art at the highest quality possible, so here are the ones from the Z/ZX collection textures. They have perma xBRZ on them though.

I love painting icky skin textures.

10. Both traditional and digital!! I love making comics on my iPad with procreate, and I love making illustrations with watercolor and inks and getting funky textures. The last pic was inked on paper and colored digitally!

And so my "speedrun" week has come to an end, the goal was to create/edit content as fast as possible using CSP tools in the least time possible. In the next two weeks, I will learn how to properly draw clothes, add wrinkles effects and textures.
