No Chuuya in the new Wan chapter but we got an allusion to him,Dazai joked telling he was friend with penguins,nobody believed him yet it reminds this artwork when he was having fun with Chuuya and a penguin so he wasnt lying,he cant help speaking about Chuuya in any subtle way~
