The major part of my examples are not stereotypes, if you change Anthy's skin nothing will changes, her skin was never used in a dialogue line and she doesn't have any stereotypical behavior with dark skin even that's never used in a dialogue. So nope, they aren't stereotypes.

Actually forget about Ojiro, how about Mitsuba?
She was a background character in Chapters 6 and 7, and showed up for two panels in Chapter 27. She had no dialogue.
50 CHAPTERS LATER, she came back.
Now in Chapter 97, she is one of the most important characters in the story.
