It's me! Moxie! A Splatoon Inkling x Pokemon OC. As such, he can do anything an Inkling can do. The white dots are chromatophores so he can change colors -- his hair translucent to reflect his skin. Artists tend to stick to blue anyway though😅

My favorite part of this story is the fact that Blake had an inkling that this unknown woman is his wife (although she can't speak). He even named her "Rose" after Anthea's favorite flower and caters to her every need even back to the mansion.
