Day 774: Another master study. Again a bit off in some places, most importantly the head size/facial feature placement again. This time, my guidelines were weird from the start, but the end result wasn't too bad, all things considered. Rendering seems to be getting easier.
Day 772: More blind study. I considered doing a master study today, but things like head shape and eye shape are still kind of a challenge, so i might as well try and nail down some guidelines for myself to try and get things consistent

is one of the problems of relying on social networks. Sometimes we become too dependent but sometimes it's worse when you try to support others and when they manage to make it big they leave you stranded on the sidelines.
I use rebellion as my ref, man. I wonder how they make it look gritty even with minimal "tone color",
I guess it had to do with hatching and adding extra "dirty lines" to make em' gritty :/

Day 762: SubaLui progress!
Lines are almost done, but something felt (and still kind of feels) off about Subaru's head/face. I re-drew it a few times, but I'm still not 100% convinced. Anyway, problems for future me to sort out.
