Someone called me a Nazi for having rules in my Halloween contest. This experience has been very negative so far and we've got a whole month to go.
9. Weirdest will always be the drum playing, coke snorting, shape-shifting, war-crime committing, pony hallucinating, son of a nazi, German nightmare demon Ereso Ciau
FROM AUSTRALIA: Alan Moore served in the Australian Air Force during WWII, but issues with his leg led him to become the war artist. His works created during the liberation of the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp provide a stark, horrifying testament to the horrors of Nazi rule
Pablo Picasso Guernica 1937
Later, in the 1940s, when Paris was occupied by the Germans, a Nazi officer visited Picasso’s studio. “Did you do that?” he is said to have asked Picasso while standing in front of a photograph of the painting. “No,” Picasso replied, “you did.”
Grouping Skull with a Romani and Jewish character as some sort of “supervillain team-up” is always revolting and bizarre to me. But then I would read an unlikely alliance between Doom and Mags to beat the crap out of a Nazi. https://t.co/LTj2a1O702

Hans Augusto Reyersbach (H.A. Rey) was born on this day, September 16, in 1898.
In 1940, he and his partner, Margarete, fled Paris on makeshift bicycles as Nazi tanks approached.
One of the few items they carried with them was a children’s book manuscript about a monkey…
I know what I liked as a child, and I don't do any book that I, as a child, wouldn't have liked.
- H.A. Rey, writer & illustrator who created Curious George with his wife Margret, was born #OTD in 1898. They fled Nazi Germany with the manuscript for Curious George with them.
My nazi friends please make every meme a "hate symbol" or some stupid shit so these companies can't use them

// Nazi artwork, Nazism
Readding this since the deleted previous tweet malfunction the original thread:
Further proof that her views have not changed nor does she care for the people affected, she's only apologizing to save herself nothing else. This artwork was fairly recent—
It gets worse: According #Brugger’s record of #Tatunca’s story 2,000 Nazi soldiers made it to Brazil in WWII, teaming up with the #Ugha. Their (white) descendants still living in the underground cities to this day, the rightful heirs to all this ancient super technology etc. pp.

Loving today's Google Doodle honoring Rudolf Weigel. His work on typhus and a vaccine saved many and his efforts to save Jewish lives during the Nazi Occupation of Poland led to him being honored at Yad Vashem as Righteous Among the Nations

September 1st, 1939. Exactly 82 years ago the invasion of Poland started. Also known as the September campaign. It was an attack of Nazi Germany on the Republic of Poland. Later on the 17th Soviet Russia attacked from the east. This was the start of WW2.
A character concept that popped up in a dream I had - some oddly chipper and slightly naive alien soldier sent to Earth for some reason but ended up joining a group of humans fighting some weird orphan-harvesting techno-nazi organisation in an abandoned subway.
