It can often be difficult to draw a very long curve without having to break it down in small segments. But when you do so, it's extra difficult to make each line segment align seamlessly! To hide those seams, I use a "fluffy" line brush instead of the usual straight one.

might be mistaken, I think LF Draenei swapped to a more singular texture for all their horn mappings so the UV is literally different. Probably will have to do a bit of texture work and make the LF Draenei horns red and blend the seams a bit
