In the Ultimate Universe, the first Spider-Man movie with Tobey Maguire is actually a thing! Peter even came to crashed the set at one point! The plot is very different from the one we got tho, having Bruce Campbell as Mysterio and the actual Doc Ock in it.

In the comics, Flash Thompson becomes Agent Venom and while I love Tony Revolori's version of Flash in the MCU, I can't really see him as Agent Venom.

There's absolutely NO reason as to why Sony shouldn't make Tobey's Spider-Man 4 & Andrew's TASM 3. If the actors want to do it (which they do) then do it. If they can just throw money to make random movies no one asked for like Morbius & Kraven then why not this?
