Varlun, The Smoking Mutant. Probably a Dark Matter, but nobody knows for sure. Can partially or completely turn himself into a smoky haze and reform at will, even if the haze has diminished. His cape is made of smoke as well, so it cannot be grabbed.

BUDDY’S MISSING PIECE has pieces of people that I know and love: I included tulips in the images because my Bigmomma loved them. She had a rainbow array of them in a big flowerbed. She’d yell at us when we ran through it to retrieve our kickball when it landed there.
