個人的に、スメールの散兵の話には博士も絡んできそうな気がする。
そもそも「白紙」だった散兵の性格には博士が大きく寄与している感じがする。（「博士（ Dottore）」は「博士号＝学者のこと）
漫画版では人間を機械化している描写があり、コレイも絡んでいるのでスメールとの因縁もある。
