I think I should explain why Dr Wily is here:
His hair is supposed to resemble bat wings due to the amount of bat iconography in his robots, and Vex is a vampire, hence the bat winged-shaped hair to resemble a vampire bat.

I don't know why exactly but this Pose kind of scares me. Maybe it's the how the Hand is posed? Reminds me of when you pet a Dog but you do it the wrong way and it's ears fold back because it get's scared for a second.
