Sungchi looks a little bit like a copy of Jin (he even ordered the same coffee as the boss, perhaps out of confusion 😌). And yes, his face is also covered in scars, it even looks a little like an early version of Jin.

You know'? Ichigo had several healed wounds were caused by Byakuya, however in later chapters these scars "disappear", I don’t think it’s cuz of the healings they did to him, or of Hime’s techniques or his rapid regeneration ability, it's more likely that Kubo forgot that detail.
