A painting of the Alien Queen that I submitted for the @PrintedinBlood Aliens artbook. I submitted 3 pieces but I don't believe this one is in the book.
For this one, I wanted to create something in a rectangular shape & have the Alien Queen's head curving a bit.

For my drawing today in the #Drawvember challenge, I've decided to do a piece of literary fanart that shows intentional parallels between the two stories: we have Mowgli & Bagheera from The Mowgli Stories meeting Nobody & Silas from @neilhimself's The Graveyard Book.
CASUAL REMINDER: Lara Croft was supposed to be Latina! Laura Cruz! but they changed her name to “Lara” fearing no one would be able to pronounce “Laura” & then they picked a British last name out of a phone book. MY tomb Raider is Laura Cruz.

If you are a fan of PUNK TACO Volume 1, PLEASE consider pre-ordering Volume 2. I am dropping $9,500 today for the first half of the printing costs before paper prices skyrocket even more due to the pandemic. It's a bit painful, but I believe in this book. I hope you do too.
