I have an idea for a series I am considering starting where I go through old games and other various Media that I enjoyed throughout my life & I breakdown/analyze the characters that where major parts of this. Such as Squall from FF8, Tezzeret from MTG & Leto from Dune. Thoughts?

Proxy, or blockout is where you put all the different parts in, and try to 'approximate' the proportions of the concept. Shapes are still very soft and blobby, without detail, but they match the concept's position. The proxy is a guideline to see what you need to work on.

A very fun entry in the Cutey Honey Franchise!!! The art is one of the stand out parts, it's got that peak 90s mahou shoujo art and colors and I love it!!! It feels a lot closer to Sailor Moon than normal Cutey Honey, but still good!!! 💗💗💗

Not really the best with inflation art, but I kinda picked up the idea to work more with rounder shapes (circles and ovals) for body parts. Creases like in the hand/third example also help to sell the idea that there's room being fought for between each part. Hope this helps!🙏

With the flat parts in mind, I tried to use it in different parts on my painting. I have already used a lot of purple in different Synergy paintings, so I needed to find something that would stand out. For this one I tried to use the brown/orange as a strong contrast color.

Interesting fact of the day! Did you know that the work Rohan writes, Pink Dark Boy, it's like another Jojo within Jojo? It conceptually has 9 parts, with it being in the fourth part when DiU starts. In the TV drama there are 81 volumes published and the 8 part started recently.
