This one is from 2014 too, was one of the first A4 drawings I made. I usually draw really small, still do. And first experience with paint too, but I'm not sure what kind it was. It was an small course I made about art materials. Clearly, I learned nothing.

Because of my lack of ability to generate and form image in my head (it’s usually in words or I knew the idea is there but I can mentally see it), my process towards visuals are longer. I used mindmaps and moodboards. When I discovered AI, it’s a blessing as it eases me.

When i sketch usually i try to get down the a gist of the pose and the general flow of the characters in the composition (and sometimes specific color palettes)

Slight detour, the pose Melinoe has here reminds me of how Ancient Greek prayer to the gods usually looks (hands outstretched, holding up to the sky). Don't know if this is a coincidence but it'd be a cool one if it's intentional!!! (6/?)
