The title page of Chap 5 was originally in limited colors. But for some reason, it was later redrawn for the Kanzenban edition.
Even though the new one follows the same tints as the original, it uses way more colors and thus, might not be considered in limited colors anymore.

Goto's ability, Protean, allows to change the type of pokemon to the type of attack he uses. This ability is hidden for Greninja, but is common for Kecleon. That's why I thought that perhaps Goto, for this reason, also can change the color of his body like Kecleon.
