With nothing to do, it just sits within her conciousness, silently looking through the darkness.
That is until, her other half came and have a talk. At first, it tried to attack her, but since she's the one in control, she stop it before it could harm her.

We went against the grain with the book, and people mostly hated that. But I’m still more interested in exploring the implications of a consciousness struggling to maintain identity within a world of shifting perceptions than one where there are tiny people living in calculators.
When Flynn was digitized, his consciousness was stored in a in a world of 1’s and 0’s. He anthropomorphised is experience, projecting familiar forms so that he could process his reality.
Then, because he was a programmer, he started reprogramming that reality.
And here is the first game. Nuns with Guns in Space is about power-armoured nuns smiting demons and feeling guilty about their sinful thoughts. Abilities are powered by guilt.
It is an inherently silly game, but to be played with grimdark seriousness.
