Donkeyskin

Donkeyskin (Peau d'Âne) is a French literary fairytale written in verse by Charles Perrault. It was first published in 1695 in a small volume and republished in 1697 in Perrault's Histoires ou contes du temps passé.

Illustrations by Gustave Doré, 1860s

Another commish from the Great and Powerful This time my donkey girl! Bonnie! Decided to go back to giving her an attachable tail for that Pin-the-Tail-on-the-Donkey vibe. She's a cutie!

Differences from the Wii U version:

-Donkey Kong's nose in his in-game model is now more emphasized and defined.

In Donkey Kong Country, press DOWN-Y-DOWN-DOWN-Y (DYDDY) when you see Cranky on the girders. You'll be whisked away to a cave with unlimited Animal Tokens. If done after a Game Over, press start-select when done to return to your file with the lives you just collected.

Thanks everyone for hanging around today's stream! It's getting more fun every week, and I have a LOT of drawing to do now. Will be doing a handful off-stream, throughout the week. So hopefully I'll catch up. For now, though? /#KingDedede . You're welcome.

As a child, old Donkey Kong renders were both really impressive, and incredibly creepy looking to me.
