With Triangle Strategy right around the corner, I’m going to go revisit Octopath Traveler and actually finish it this time.
Not only because Octopath Traveler was one of the 1st games I got on the Switch, alongside Mario Odyssey, but the unique 2D art direction has me intrigued!
This morning I stumbled across an artist offering to do chibi headshots for $7. Their profile is @AbrilArt0905 and they finished this by this afternoon! I gave them a picture of me and a general direction. Of course i tipped them an extra $15 because this is perfection to me. 😭

compared to 2’s casting (while it grew on me over time) took its own direction with characters like Rex and Nia making them sound different than their jpn counterparts - while not a bad thing there were issues with some characters sounding older/younger than they appear

As any Dahu can only walk along the mountain in one direction, there are both left-sided and right-sided Dahus.
