part 3 was very bumpy but overall entertaining, iconic, and memorable af, final fight was hands down the best jojo fight. 8/10

4 started off strongly but i cared a lil less abt halfway through, think i just rly like josuke and okyasu dicking around morioh. overall alright. 7/10

Most of the other designs choose to make him look less colorful because of his personality, I wanted to make him bioluminicent, so I choose more of neon colors because of the lack of light of the deep sea metro
