My only complaint is how lame the eyebrows look. On SA2's model he had big expressive eyebrows. Same problem I have with the heroes model. Though, when used right, it looks great. Don't get the gripe with the roundness though, he's still plenty shapely even, just more of a bean.

Raven's model. He somehow got 2 heads. Bottom right one seems to be the one used in game. Bottom left might be what they use in a CG where they need him to have a drastically smaller head. As I thought, the character pipeline changed after Johnny's model in sign.

Another important thing I didn't mention: How they do animations. They use a low poly and high poly models. They do the animations using the low poly model and then project the high poly models on it. On the left, the low poly. On the right, the real model.

Of interest, a Maldraxxus darkhound mount was added in this build which includes 3 colours not seen on the non-mount model. I found I could crop their textures to just the body half and apply it to the regular model, giving 3 really nice, novel darkhound looks:
