Andy was traditionally always drawn with his hair slicked back, and usually with a prominent forehead and narrow eyes. His voluminous, parted hair just frames his face so differently that he ends up looking like a different person IMO.

Andy Bogard visual was one of the biggest challenges SNK had to take for XV. A lot of us were waiting for this as a test of how they can improve from the worst looking XIV models.
