Specifically, I animated Kaido`s first attack, kicking off all the crazy action that continues throughout the rest of the episode.

The original concept art has them green, and so does her sprite. Considering the low amount of colors that could be used on sprites back in the day, the fact they set aside a palette slot specifically for her eyes tells me someone really wanted them to be green.
