Vegeta's SSBE proportions are a bit weird, in the original transmission he was in fact bulky as all hell, but later in official art he has more "normal" proportions.
And while I don't think Legends and XV2 are accurate in proportions and designs, they just used his normal ones

Seeing early chapter versions of Kenshiro is so weird. He's so baby faced. He's even built more like Bruce Lee with the lean muscle rather than big and bulky like how people usually associate him. There's a really youthful flair to him that's especially apparent in the 4th pic.

Honestly I love every modern, accurate depictions of dinosaurs
but an outdated one I really like is the "tyrannosaurus bear". The feathers are probably inaccurate, but it gives it such a menacing, grisly and bulky appearance while still keeping it looking like an animal.
