@PaperPlaneTF Some of my favorite iterations of Megatron are the ones where he and Optimus were once good friends, and where the Decepticons were initially founded with moral intent, albeit as militant extremists.
Lawful Evil Megs works really well in a redemption arc. It makes sense to me.
Huh! I guess there was More Than Meets The Eye to using a Milne Megatron for Earthspark https://t.co/uEf9n56Ocx
Megatron eats the GI Joe Skidmark. (2015)
The Gobots Renegade character Crasher became a G1 continuity family Decepticon in two comic series & appeared in a crossover as well, starting with issue Megatron Origin #2. 2 out of 3 times she had a gladiator career! She's also a Decepticon or Gobot in other transformer series.
Starscream's Final Head and one of the Concept Art Heads he had in the Michael Bay movies were originally designed to be Megatron's. (2006)
in the non-canon prequel comic for the Bumblebee movie, Blitzwing was a triple-changer ala his G1 self.
This inspired a One-step Blitzwing toy in that movie's toyline that was a redeco of ROTF Tank Megatron. (2018)
Humanization of my Megatron G1 inspired by a figurine from Kotobukiya ✨
it's often been the subject of fan speculation as to whether in the 2007 movie, Starscream joined the F-22 jets in shooting down Megatron.
According to IDW's Reign of Starscream #1, Starscream briefly considered it as an option but ultimately didn't go through with it. (2008)
Megatron Raiden vibes 😈🤖⚡️

the pairing of Optimus Primal as a gorilla and Megatron as a T-rex in Beast Wars was inspired by the original King Kong.
Primal's original bio even describes him as a gargantuan King-Kong style gorilla, though the cartoon opted to have him as a regular gorilla instead. (1996)
A MTMTE panel redraw attempt aka birthday Lost Light captains for @err_ors! ✨

@Purpleviolets2 Oooh! Yeah Megatron actually has two canon designs (I'm fond of the handgun myself) and so does Soundwave.
RID 2015 Steeljaw made history as the first main antagonist of a western Transformers series who is not a Megatron or Galvatron. (2015)
